Shipping policy
Our parcels are delivered by FedEx and despatched from our warehouse in the heart of England:
FedEx STANDARD DELIVERY - $15.00
Parcels will be despatched within 2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days after despatch.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Our FedEx delivery service is trackable through the FedEx website, and you will receive your personal tracking link through your order despatch email. Please note that orders for several items might be delivered in more than 1 parcel (this does not affect the shipping charge, which is fixed regardless of the number of parcels). The shipping charge, including any taxes on shipping, is non-refundable.
We regret that FedEx is unable to deliver to PO Box or Armed Forces addresses.
If the value of your order is over $2,500, as part of standard US Customs and Border Protection import regulations, you may be contacted by FedEx prior to delivery in order to provide additional personal information required for customs clearance.
DESPATCH TIMES AND AVAILABILITY
All in-stock items for standard delivery are usually despatched from our warehouse in England within 2 business days of order acceptance, to arrive with our US customers between 2 and 5 business days depending on the delivery service selected.
If we are awaiting delivery of a style that is currently out of stock, this will be indicated when you place your order online or over the phone. At that point, you will be advised of the latest estimated despatch date. You may still place an order for the item, and you will not be charged until it becomes available for despatch. This will not delay the despatch of any other items in your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you via email.
The delivery timeframe provided is approximate. Goods will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
All in-stock items are usually despatched in a single parcel, with a few exceptions such as footwear, which may be shipped separately. Items on backorder will be despatched as soon as they become available. You will only be charged once for shipping, regardless of how many parcels your order is sent in.
Local taxes may apply, and if applicable, the total order value will be adjusted at checkout. The amount of sales tax charged may vary depending on factors such as the value and type of item purchased, as well as state-specific tax policies.
However, you will not be charged any import duties, as these are covered by us. If you are charged any additional duties or fees, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email containing your unique FedEx tracking link. This allows you to follow the progress of your delivery from our warehouse in England to your doorstep.
Signatures are mandatory for all FedEx shipments valued over $800. However, if you expect to be unavailable at the time of delivery, you may manage your shipment through FedEx Delivery Manager.
After registering for free, you can:
- Receive package alerts
- Hold your package for pickup
- Request delivery to a safe place
- Schedule a vacation hold for up to 14 business days
If no alternative instructions are provided through FedEx Delivery Manager, your parcel may be left on your property if FedEx determines the location to be secure.
