Refund policy
Please attach the prepaid FedEx label included at the bottom of your despatch note to the original packaging (or any other suitable packaging) and take the parcel to your nearest FedEx Office location. If you are unable to access a FedEx location, please contact our Customer Support team using the contact link at the bottom of this article and we can provide a USPS return label instead.

If you require a replacement return label, please request one through our contact form. Please ensure that your returns paperwork is included inside the parcel. If you no longer have the paperwork, include a note with your contact details and a brief explanation for the return.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To request a return or exchange, you must contact us and submit your request within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition (except for trying on) and must be sent back in suitable packaging.

A flat return fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
RETURNING FROM US TERRITORIES
Returns from US Territories require a USPS return label. Please request your return label through our contact form.
RETURNING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to arrive and be processed by our warehouse. Processing may take slightly longer during peak periods.
Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days after the returned parcel has been received and processed.
If you paid using a combination of a gift card and another payment method, refunds will first be applied to the gift card balance, with any remaining amount refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
We reserve the right to withhold refunds until either:
- The returned goods have been received, or
- Proof of return shipment has been provided.
